On 06-05-2023, a workshop on “Branded Customer Experience Excellence” was held at the premises of OTE Academy in Maroussi.
Workshop’s aim for the participants was to realize that Customer Experience begins with meeting the customer’s expectations, within positive experiences with the Brand. The result is the emotional connection to the Brand and thus, the desired loyalty.
The workshop was attended by all the Administrative Employees of the company.
