On 30-09-2023, a training seminar was held at our Company’s premises on: “Customer Experience & Customer Service” with instructor Mrs. Kotsolaki from TUV NORD. The objectives of the seminar were:
1. Understanding the requirements & expectations of today’s and tomorrow’s Customer in order to enjoy an optimal Customer Experience
2. The development of optimal Communication, Service & Customer Satisfaction skills
The seminar was attended by all the Administrative Employees of the company.
